Full-Time Center Associate

About the Role

The Center Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices.

You'll expertly advise our customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.

This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will interact with dozens of customers daily — handling shipping, print jobs, notary services, and mailbox management. You will be part of a close-knit team where your attitude and effort directly shape the store's success.

Responsibilities

• ✓ Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• ✓ Take ownership of customer shipping needs and offer viable solutions
• ✓ Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
• ✓ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• ✓ Learn all product and service offerings and industry trends
• ✓ Process shipping, print orders, notary services, and mailbox rentals accurately
• ✓ Support teammates and cross-train across all store functions

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or GED required
• • Strong computer and internet skills
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + Spanish preferred)
• • Available for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
• • Able to lift 50+ pounds
• • Reliable transportation

Compensation & Schedule

• 💵 Starting pay: $14/hr depending on experience and interview performance
• 🕐 Full-time: 30–40 hrs/week · AM and PM shifts
• 📅 Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
• 🎓 Paid training provided
• 📈 Eligible for incentives and bonuses upon completing all training and becoming a Notary
